I’m Louise Simpson, founder of T4C Fitness. My journey started with a personal realization—it was time for change, not just for myself, but for those around me who struggled to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle. I know from experience how hard it can be to get started and stay consistent, which is why I created a supportive, welcoming space for people who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting.
